Statues
of the federation
The activity of our federation is not aligned to profit.The means for the establishment are obtained by the income of the federation in form of membership fees, as well as incomes form other cash flows. The range of activities of the AKV EUROPA extends to representing the interests of its members nationwide and abroad. Members of the federation can become physical persons and legal entities. In alignment with the objectives of the federation, the members above all should be representatives of trade, industry and free occupations. Extraordinary members are those, who pay annual membership fees and take up the mechanism of the federation. The admission is complete, when the management decides on the admission of the member. The reason for a refusal does not need to be communicated. Each extraordinary member is entitled to use all services of the federation. At present, annual membership fees are to be paid for the whole federation year, even if the member joins the federation in the course of the first half- year. If however the member joins in the second half, then only half of the fee has to be paid. The membership ends: a) with physical persons with death with legal entities with their dissolution b) by withdrawal from the federation by means of written and confirmed explanation c) by exclusion from the federation The voluntary withdrawal of a member from the federation can take place only with the end of a calendar year and must be brought to notice at the latest 30. September of the respective year. If the withdrawal is however announced after the mentioned date, then it applies only from the end of the next year. |
