Collection of austrian debts
AKV EUROPA has satisfied creditors for over 85 years in Austria and abroad. All claims given to the AKV EUROPA are handled due to the directions of the Austrian Federal Guild of Real Estate Agents and Property Administrators. Each claim is examined, considering economic and legal perspectives, as well as previous experience with the debtor. Cases are handled in or out of court according to necessity, in combination with the intervention of the AKV Branch of the country of the debtor in question. This applies to private persons as well as to businessmen. Controversial claims are also considered. These cases are legally cleared and dealt with out of court when possible. Collection Order > Out of court settlements are preferred in order to avoid unnecessary costs and delays for the member. If these are not successful, cases can be taken to court after consultation and agreement with the member. The debtor is charged with costs and interests incurred during the proceedings. No additional costs arise for the member, if the debtor pays all costs in time. In addition the member saves time and personal costs. Collection of debts_10 abroad: AKV EUROPA collects debts in all countries, considering both international rules and circumstances as well as the laws of the country in question. It also is an authorized collection agency of the Österreichische Kontrollbank and the Austrian Credit Insurance Companies. |
