On request for a credit rating AKV EUROPA provides a newly investigated estimation of the financial circumstances of the respective company. This estimation is based on the facts AKV EUROPA receives during its customary investigations.
Depending on the urgency of the request it is possible to choose between standard information, express information and 24-hours-information.

AKV-Online business information allows each AKV-member to gain fast and uncomplicated information about credit-worthiness, finances, configuration and business environment of their clients. Due to a cooperation with the worldwide most important data base D&B you as AKV-member have the opportunity to obtain business information all over the world. Based on AKV-Online-Service each AKV-member has access to more than 150 mio. firms in more than 220 countries. For tendering and personal need AKV EUROPA delivers his members adequate business information reports with rating.

Monitoring service for observation of Austrian companies
Each member of AKV EUROPA can use this service which is free of charge for 10 Austrian companies each year by ordering either written or by e-mail the companies which should be observed. If a member needs to monitor more than 10 companies per year, it can order additional observation (EUR 10,-/company).

If one of the following criteria gets known to AKV EUROPA, we will inform the member immediately:

> Relevant changes in company register have been made
> Debt collection out of court through the AKV-encashment department
> Debt collection of court through the AKV-encashment department
> During debt collection executive proceedings have been known
> A proposal for compulsory settlement has been made
> A petition for bankruptcy has been filed
> Compulsory settlement has been adjudged
> Bankruptcy proceedings have been adjudged
> Bankruptcy proceedings have not been adjudged due to the lack of assets
> Bankruptcy proceedings have not been adjudged as the company is not insolvent
> Further information, e.g. an upcoming bankruptcy, but also important, negative changes which our encashment, insolvency or information departments notice

All information delivered by the AKV EUROPA is in german.
Cash expenses for telefax and telephone are charged separately.
If it is necessary to translate information provided to the AKV EUROPA, additional costs for translation will be added.
AKV EUROPA has the right to refuse an information inquiry in special cases, or only give oral information.
Any information is collected with great care and is verified. However, AKV EUROPA cannot be held responsible for the consequences of decisions based on such information.

The reports are only for use of the inquiring member; their contents may not be handed over to other persons; it is not allowed to refer to such an information, even in legal proceedings. Otherwise the inquiring member has to bear the costs which may arise for AKV EUROPA.
